Scope

Purpose

Adobe Flash is a popular format for providing animated videos or graphics in a format suited for on-line viewing through a web browser. The Flash Animation object allows you to embed a Flash-format (.flv) file on your Book Page.

Note that Flash has been largely deprecated, as developers (including Adobe) move to the lighter and more flexible HTML5 format.
