Purpose
If this property is selected, then a 'button effect' is applied to the screen element that the user clicks on (for the parent Mouse Action macro), which makes it look as though the button has been clicked/depressed (although technically Enable Now just places a copy of the action area a few pixels down and to the right of the original action area when the mouse button is pressed, and removes it again when the mouse button is released).
This property is often set automatically during recording, but can be manually changed if necessary.
