Where to find it

  • Manager > Administration > Server Settings menu > Security and Passwords category > Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) > Enable CORS

Purpose

Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) allows resources located on one domain to request resources stored on another domain. If this setting is selected then content launched from the Manager' (via the Learner View, Trainer, or SAP Companion) can request resources from another server.

Use

This setting must be enabled for SAP Companion to be able to work. The CORS-Allowed Sites setting must also be specified.
