Scope
- Simulation content object > Step macro > Name property
Purpose
This property is primarily used for two purposes:
- To provide a name (if the Show in Progress Display property is selected) or tooltip for the Step in the Progress Bar.
- To provide a heading for the Step in the generated documents (if the document definition has the Numbering > Indexing setting set to Step).
This property is also used internally within Enable Now when specifying a Jump Target, as the display name of the step, so it helps to specify a unique and distinct Name.
