If the parent object's '''[[Open in New Window]]''' property is specified then the target of the associated link will be opened in a new browser window (or tab, depending upon the browser's functionality and settings). If the '''Fullscreen''' property checkbox is selected, then (at least in Chrome) the window will not include scrollbars, the menu bar, toolbar, or status bar. It will not be 'full screen' (that is, taking up the entire display), as the name suggests, but will be the size indicated by the '''New Window Properties''' (or the current browser default if unspecified in SAP Enable Now).

Scope

  • Book Page content object > Shape > New Window Properties > Fullscreen property
  • Simulation content object > Shape > New Window Properties > Fullscreen property

Purpose

If the parent object's Open in New Window property is specified then the target of the associated link will be opened in a new browser window (or tab, depending upon the browser's functionality and settings). Counter-intuitively (or possibly in error) if the Fullscreen property checkbox is selected, then (at least in Chrome) the window will not take up the entire screen display. Instead, if this property is selected then the new window sizing properties (Top, Left, Width, Height) are ignored and the window is opened using the current browser settings.
