Purpose

If this checkbox is selected, then users will be automatically set to inactive (technically, the Active checkbox will be deselected) if they have not logged on to SAP Enable Now in the last period specified in the Deactivate After (Interval Type) and Deactivate After (Interval Unit) settings. With single sign-on, this setting effectively uses the date they last accessed any SAP Enable Now content (on the server - access to locally-published Libraries is not checked).
