Scope
- Simulation content object > Page macro object > Design > Opacity property
- Book Page content object > Book Page object > Opacity property
Purpose
Opacity is used to define how 'see-through' an object is - that is, the degree to which the objects 'behind' (or at a lower level) this object can be seen. Opacity is specified as a percentage: 100 indicates that the object is entirely opaque, so nothing behind it can be seen; a value of 0 indicates that the object is entirely transparent.
For a Book Page Text Pop-Up, this property determines the opacity of the pop-up Image (which is clicked on to display the pop-up); the opacity of the pop-up itself is governed by the Popup Opacity property.
