Purpose
By default, when an Author logs in to SAP Enable Now and starts working, certain required objects (such as templates, styles, and so on) are downloaded to the user’s local repository automatically, so that they are available to the Author. If you select this option for an object, then this object will also be downloaded automatically. (The Author ‘must have’ it in their local repository.)
You cannot delete an object that has its Must Have property selected. If you need to delete it, Start Editing, deselect Must Have, Finish Editing, and then delete it.
