Where to find it
- Tools > Settings menu > Producer > Server Workarea > Close Progress Dialogs on Success setting
Purpose
Every time you perform an action that interacts with the server (such as Start Editing, Save to Server, and so on) a dialog box is displayed showing the progress of the action (number of objects saved, and so on). By default, this progress dialog box is automatically closed as soon as the action completes. If you deselect the Close Progress Dialogs on Success checkbox, the dialog remains displayed, until you click on the Ok button within the dialog box itself. This is useful for troubleshooting, but should not normally be deselected.
