Scope

Purpose
Adobe Flash is a popular format for providing animated videos or graphics in a format suited for on-line viewing through a web browser. The Flash Animation object allows you to embed a Flash-format (.swf) file on your Book Page.
Note that Flash has been largely deprecated, as developers (including Adobe) move to the lighter and more flexible HTML5 format.

Available Actions
The following Actions can be selected for a Flash Animation object when it is used as the target of a triggered event:
- Hide: Remove the Flash Animation object from the visible portion of the parent Book Page.
- Pause: Pause playback of the Flash Animation object.
- Play: Start (if not set to Start Automatically) or re-start (if previously paused) playback of the Flash Animation.
- Show: Display the Flash Animation object (if previously hidden).
- Toggle: Hide the object if it is currently displayed, or show it if it is currently hidden, as appropriate.
