Where to find it
- Tools > Settings > Authoring Settings > Recording - General > Allow RollOver Effects
Purpose
Normally, this setting is not selected, which prevents unintended pop-ups (including tooltips) that are displayed in response to the mouse pointer moving over a specific screen element from being captured on the screenshot during recording. If this setting is deselected, then this will not be prevented, but pop-ups will not be explicitly captured during recording (if you need to capture one, see if you can insert an extra screenshot).
