Scope
Web Assistant parameter, specified either in the URL or in the Web Assistant parameters in the linked application.
This parameter was previously available as trackingUrlWPB, but that parameter has been deprecated (as of Web Assistant 3.0.1) and trackingUrlSEN should be used instead.
Purpose
If Web Assistant content usage is to be tracked for inclusion in the consumption reports, then this parameter should specify the URL of the Workarea to which this tracking information should be sent. The Workarea specified does not have to be the same Workarea as the help content (or the learning content) is located, and the Manager reports can pull metrics from any/all Workareas. However, if you use the Power BI reports, you need to specify the same Workarea as the one specified in this parameter.
Usage
Specified as:
trackingUrlSEN={URL}
Example (for multi-client cloud):
trackingUrlSEN=https://globocorp.enable-now.cloud.sap/wa/gcworkarea/
