Scope

  • Simulation > Screen macro > Rerecord > Exclude from Desktop Assistant property
  • Desktop Assistant > Guided Tour > Screen macro > Exclude from Desktop Assistant property

Purpose

When Desktop Assistant is running, SAP Enable Now will automatically identify applicable training content objects to offer to the user. Content is deemed to be 'applicable' if the context captured in the Context property of the Screen macro matches the context of the user's current application screen.

If you do not want the current Simulation or Desktop Assistant Guided Tour to be identified as 'applicable content' for the recorded context, select this checkbox, and the context will be ignored. This is useful if your content object moves from the main transaction to a secondary one, but you don't want it to be offered as applicable content when the user is in this secondary transaction.
