Occurrences

Purpose

If the Show as Announcement option is selected for a Link Tile, then the target of the Link Tile should be displayed automatically when the user accesses the screen for which it is defined. The Occurrences field is then used to select 'how often' this happens. The following options are available from the field's drop-down list:

• Show only once: The Link Tile is displayed only the first time the screen is displayed for the user
• Show always: The Link Tile is displayed the first time the screen is displayed for the user per login/session

This option is only available if the Show as Announcement option is selected, and that option is only available if the Open in Lightbox option is selected.
