Password Expiration for Unchanged Initial Password

Where to find it

• Manager > Administration > Server Settings menu > Security category > Password Expiration for Unchanged Initial Password setting

Purpose

When a Userid is created manually (i.e. not via SSO), the user is sent an email with their Userid and initial password. If the user does not log on and change their password within the number of days specified in this setting, the password will expire, and the user will not be able to log on (until the Administrator resets their password).
