Scope

  • Book Page content object > Shape object > Effect > Design Click property
  • Simulation content object > Shape macro > Effect > Design Click property

Purpose

This property is used to enable 'on click' effects on the parent Shape object. When this checkbox is selected, the following properties immediately below the Design Click property are available for editing (they are always displayed, but can't be edited until this property is selected):

These five properties define the effect(s) that should be applied to the parent Shape when the user clicks on the shape, during playback. Typically you would use these effects to provide a visual indication that the object has been clicked on (consider using an audio indicator as well).
