Scope

  • Book Page content object > Shape > New Window Properties > Tool bar property
  • Simulation' content object > Shape > New Window Properties > Tool bar property

Purpose

If the parent object's Open in New Window property is specified then the target of the associated link will be opened in a new browser window (or tab, depending upon the browser's functionality and settings). By default, this will not include the browser's toolbar, which typically contains buttons or icons for common functions, such as Home and Print buttons (some browsers refer to this as the Command bar). Selecting the Tool bar property checkbox will override this default and include the browser toolbar in the new window (where this is supported by the browser).
