Purpose

When you use the Save to Server, Finish Editing, or Update Workflow features, you have the opportunity to enter a Comment explaining your action. On the right of the Comments field is a Recent Comments button that allows you to select one of your (Author's) most recent comments. The number of comments listed is set by this property.
