Scope

Purpose

A Revision Entry macro is used to provide a single row in a table of changes to a simulation project that can appear in documents generated for the simulation. The Revision ID property is used to provide a simple identifier for thee change. This can be the version number of the document, or the version number of the software to which the simulation applies (and presumably was updated), or most likely a Change Document ID that is used to group together multiple changes (across simulations) made at the same time or for the same purpose.

Use

You can only enter a single paragraph of text, but this can be up to 1,700 characters long. Any HTML code entered (for example to apply formatting) will be stripped out and ignored.
