Where to find it
- Desktop Assistant: Playback Settings > Desktop Assistant > Desktop Assistant - Sidebar category > Request Content Type setting
Purpose
If the Request Content control is included on the Desktop Assistant Sidebar then the user can click on this to submit a request for help content. The Request Content Type setting defines the way in which this request is made and submitted.
- If E-Mail is selected, then an email is sent to the email address specified in the E-Mail setting.
- If URL is selected, then the user is directed to a browser-based form located at the URL specified by the URL setting.
