Where to find it

  • Manager > Administration > Server Settings menu > Security category > Force password change at login for reset passwords setting

Purpose

If this setting checkbox is selected, then if a user's password has been reset by the Administrator, the user will be prompted to change their password when they next log on to SAP Enable Now using this password.

Use

It is a best practice to leave this setting selected. Users are more likely to remember a password that they choose themselves.
