Scope

SAP Companion parameter, specified either in the URL or in the SAP Companion parameters in the linked application.

Introduced in SAP Companion 4.0.3.

Purpose

By default, even if a user activates Machine Translation to show help content translated into the language of their choice, it is deactivated again (and content is again displayed in the UI language) if they move to another app. This parameter allows Machine Translation to remain active throughout the user's session (until they manually deactivate it).

Prerequisites

This feature requires the redesigned ('floating') help panel to be used (see CMP4).
