Status

Scope

• Content object > Protocol > Status property

Purpose

This property identifies the current development status of the parent content object. If a Workflow process has been assigned to the object, then the Status values that can be assigned to the object, and by whom they can be assigned, are controlled by the Workflow process. Otherwise, any defined Status can be assigned to the content object.

Use

To select a Status, click on the Workflow button on the Properties Toolbar, and then select the required Status in the Change Status field in the Change workflow.

The list of valid Status values is maintained in the Manager via menu option Administration > Status. Workflow processes are maintained via Manager menu option Administration > Workflow.
