Published View

Scope

Purpose

The Start Links category of properties provides links for launching the parent content object (or play mode - including generated document). There are two buttons to the right of each link - the first copies the link to the clipboard, and the second launches the object.

The Published View property link will display the most recent published version of the content object on the server - even if newer (non-published) versions are available on the server. This is the link that should be used to link to the content object from presentations or other sources.

This property is only available if at least one version of the content object is tagged as published.
