Use Demo Text

Scope

• Simulation content object > Text-To-Speech Options macro > Use Demo Text property

Purpose

Out-of-the-box, SAP Enable Now will use the Practice Text as the source for Text-to-Speech audio generation. If you want to use the Demo text for the parent Simulation, then you can select the Use Demo text property, to override this.

If you always want to use the Practice Text for all your Simulations then you can just set the global Tools > Settings > Authoring Settings > Audio > Bubble Text for Text to Speech setting to Text from Practice Bubble. However, there is no Simulation-level override for this (such as an equivalent Use Practice Text property), so you should be really sure this is what you want to do before changing the global setting.
