Scope

Purpose
The Time x property is used to specify the elapsed time (after the start of the parent Time Control) at which the actions specified in the associated On Timeout x property should be triggered.
Use
Time property values are specified as a number of seconds, to two decimal places (1/100s). Any Time of 0.00 will effectively be ignored and any associated actions will not be triggered.
A Time Control can contain up to eight Time/On Timeout pairs, each of which can trigger multiple actions.
