Scope

  • [[[Book Page]] content object > Counter object > Enabled property
  • [[[Book Page]] content object > Counter object > Enabled property

Purpose

  • Both the Counter object and the Collector object allow a 'counter' to be incremented in response to other events (typically actions performed against other objects). This will happen as long as the Enabled property is selected. If you want to prevent the count from being incremented (for example, while some other actions take place, or a message is displayed) you can deselect the Enabled property for the control by triggering the Disable action on the control (and then triggering the Enable action when you want to enable it again).
