Desktop Assistant Tracking

Where to find it

• Desktop Assistant: Playback Settings > General > Advanced category > Desktop Assistant Tracking setting

Purpose

If this checkbox is selected then use of the Desktop Assistant will be tracked, and can be reported on via the Manager reports.

Use

For content to be tracked in Manager, it must be accessed via the Manager. In practice, this means it must be accessed by a URL that includes /~tags/published/. For (cloud) Desktop Assistant, this means launching Desktop Assistant via a link similar to:
