Effect (Desktop Assistant Highlight property)

Scope

• Context Help (Desktop Assistant) object > action macro > Effect property

This property is also available in the Guided Tour Style macro, but there it has no effect.

Purpose

This property is used to define the way in which the screen element to which the associated Context Help bubble applies will be highlighted on the application screen. This can be one of:

• Frame
• Underline
• Circle

Note that if a Mini Icon Type is selected then this property is ignored.
