Email address for report (Automatic User Deactivation)

Where to find it

  • Manager > Administration > Server Settings menu > Automatic User Deactivation category > Email address for report (Automatic User Deactivation) setting

Purpose

If the Enable automatic user deactivation is selected, then users will be automatically set to inactive (technically, the Active checkbox will be deselected) if they have not logged on to SAP Enable Now in the last period specified in the Deactivate after (interval type) and Deactivate after (interval unit) settings. This setting specifies the email address to which a 'deactivation report' is sent, listing all of the users that have been deactivated since the report was last run. Note that the report will be generated every night, even if no users have been deactivated.
