Image (Icon Link property)

Scope

• Simulation content object > Icon Link macro > Image property

Purpose

This property can be used to select a specific image to use as the 'icon' (which the user clicks on, to open the link) for the parent Icon Link macro.

Use

If an image file is specified for this property then the default 'play' button will be used instead (working on the assumption that the most common use is to launch another simulation), but this may not be the most logical image for other link types. Consider importing standard icons for 'Download', 'Website', etc., into your Media folder, and using these.

To select an image, click on the Replace Image button to the right of the property field, and navigate to and select the file to use. Note that once an image has been selected there is no way to remove a selection; if you want to revert to using the default image, just deactivate this property.
