Language-Dependent Type

Purpose

Not entirely sure. The Quick Help says:

If this parameter is activated the identification of the control device serves as indicator for identification during rerecording. This is useful in newer versions of an application where control devices are located or designed differently. Then the corresponding identification is searched for via the appropriate port.

Which isn't exactly clear. I think it allows elements on the screen to be identified via some language-specific property, but I could be wrong.
