Weight (Assignment setting)

Where to find it

Example of the Edit Assigned Content dialog box, used for creating or editing assignments of learning object Groups to Learners (or Roles or OUs).

• Manager > Assignment > New button or Edit link > Edit Assigned Content dialog box > Weight (Assignment setting)

Purpose

This can be used to dictate the order assigned courses will be listed in Learner View.

Acceptable values are from 1 (listed at the top) to 500 (listed at the bottom). If multiple courses have the same weighting, they will be listed in alphabetical order.
