Where to find it

Example of the Edit Assigned Content dialog box, used for creating or editing assignments of learning object Groups to Learners (or Roles or OUs).

• Manager > Assignment > New button or Edit link > Edit Assigned Content dialog box > Caption

Purpose

Used to provide a name for the Assignment. This will then be shown in the Learner View.

Use

Typically, you would use the course name as the Assognment, but you could use any other meaningful text (such as "Onboarding Priority 1").
