Drag&Drop Macro Editing

Where to find it
- Tools > Settings > Producer > General > Drag&Drop Macro Editing
Purpose
Not exactly sure. The 'Quick Help' says "This option enables you Drag&Drop macros in the project editor." which kind of implies that you can maybe move macros by dragging/dropping them in the Step View, but in practice you can do that even if this option is not selected.
