Purpose
If this checkbox is deselected then the Control Bar will not appear during playback for the applicable scope (at all, Book Reader, or individual mode).
Use
It is not recommended that the Control Bar is hidden, as this contains the navigation buttons and the Close button. Without it, the only way to end the playback (for a Simulation) is to close the browser tab.
