Purpose
By default, users have the option to have the Control Bar displayed at the bottom of the browser content area, or the top of the content area. If this setting is selected, then this option is removed, and the Control Bar will be displayed wherever specified in the Orientation setting.
Use
Effectively, selecting this setting removes the Orientation button from the Control Bar.
