Pin Position: Vertical
Scope
Purpose
If you use a custom 'pin' (see the Hotspot question's Pin > Image property) and the tip of the pin (or other pointer) is not in the exact lower-left corner of the image, then you can use the Pin Position: Vertical and Pin Position: Horizontal properties to adjust the position at which the pin image appears when the user clicks on the question image. A positive value for the Pin Position: Vertical property will result in the pin image being moved up by the number of pixels specified in this property, relative to the position at which the user clicks (that is, the lower edge of the pin image will be this many pixels above the point the user clicked). A negative Pin Position: Vertical property will result in the pin image being shifted down the specified number of pixels.
Note that any value in this field will be ignored if the default pin is used, because the point of this default pin is in the extreme lower-left corner of the image.
