Where to find it

Example of the Edit Assigned Content dialog box, used for creating or editing assignments of learning object Groups to Learners (or Roles or OUs).

• Manager > Assignment > New button or Edit link > Edit Assigned Content dialog box > Show Description

Purpose

If this checkbox is selected, then the contents of the Description metadata property for the assigned content object will be shown above the course details/components in the Learner View.

Note that the space available for the Description is fixed.
