Start Value

Purpose

With a Slide Control question, the user is required to select an integer value by correctly positioning a slider on a slide control. The Range property is used to specify the range of values covered by the slide control, and the Start Value property is used to specify what value the slider should be positioned on by default (before the user attempts the question). If no Start Value is specified, then the slider will be positioned on the far left of the slide control.

Use

Specify the range in the format {from}-{to} - for example, 1-10.
