Structure (Generate All Content option)

Purpose
The Generate All Content function can be used to generate certain assets for content objects. This includes Book Page Preview images, and Simulation play modes. Use the Structure setting to select the scope of the content objects for which these things should be generated.
Use
The options are:
- Subtree: Include the currently-selected object (typically a Group) and all of the objects logically below that in the hierarchy.
- Root Group: Include every content object located under Root.
- All (including unsorted): Include everything under your Workarea (excluding Resources).
Note that the Preview image seems to be used in Compound Documents - or at least if the Preview image is not updated, the image used in the document is not updated either. Therefore, you may want to use this function for the Subtree containing the content you want to include in the Compound Document before generating the document.
