Tags (content object Protocol property

From SAP Enable Now Wiki

Scope

  • Content Object > Protocol > Tags property

Purpose

This property is used to hold tags specific to SAP Enable Now (as opposed to 'content metadata' tags, which are stored in the Basic Properties > Tags property). I don't think these tags can be created/added by Authors, although they can be removed from a content object); instead they are set by SAP Enable Now itself.

The only tag I have seen used in this property is published which is set automatically when the content is published, but there could be other possible values.

This property can be filtered on in the Manager and can be used in URLs. The published tag in particular is significant as it is used in URLs (as .../~tag/published/...) to display only published content even if the user is authorized to view draft (non-published) content.
