Type (Quiz Section Begin macro property)

Scope

• Quiz content object > Quiz Section Begin macro > Type property

Purpose

The Type property of a Quiz Section Begin macro determines the way in which the questions ("quizzes") within the Quiz Section are to be presented to the user. The options (available on the property field's drop-down list) are:

• Random choice: One question from the Quiz Section will be selected at random and displayed. All other questions in the Quiz Section will be ignored.
• Shuffle quizzes (all): All of the questions in the Quiz Section will be presented to the user, one at a time, in random order.
• Shuffle Quizzes (number): The number of questions specified in the parent macro's Number property will be selected at random from the Quiz Section, and presented to the user one at a time.
