Scope

This property is also available in the Guided Tour Style macro, but there it has no effect as Guided Tour Steps are always displayed a Bubbles.

Purpose

This property is used to define the position of the 'Bubble anchor point' relative to the screen element. If an Icon is used as the Highlight method, then this is also the position of the icon.
