Scope
SAP Companion parameter, specified either in the URL or in the SAP Companion parameters in the linked application.
Purpose
By default, SAP Enable Now attempts to perform authentication from within an iFrame in the browser. Some authentication providers (most notably Microsoft Azure and Okta) do not permit this. To cater for these authentication providers, if this parameter is set to true then a new browser window is opened specifically to perform authentication. This window is automatically closed once authentication has been carried out.
Some browsers block opening new windows for security reasons, so you may also need to change the browser settings to 'allow pop-ups'.
Usage
Specified as:
newWindowSAML=[true|false]
