• Desktop Assistant: Playback Settings > Desktop Assistant (Global) > Web Assistant Mode category > Framework Server setting

Purpose

This setting defines the location of the Web Assistant Framework that should be used for displaying the Desktop Assistant when it is displayed 'in Web Assistant Mode'. The Framework effectively provides the code that allows the Carousel to be displayed and populated with context-relevant content. Currently, this setting should always be set to:

https://webassistant.enable-now.cloud.sap

Presumably it is an editable setting for future expansion (most likely when it is possible to run a 'non-Internet-connected' Web Assistant).

This setting is only visible if the Use Web Assistant Mode setting is selected.
