Scope

  • Book Page content object > Shape object > Effect > (Design Click) Shape Color property
  • Simulation content object > Shape object > Effect > (Design Click) Shape Color property

(This is the third Shape Color property in the Effect category, and follows the Design Click checkbox.)

Purpose

If the Design Click property is selected for a shape, then the Shape Color (Design Click) property specifies the color that the parent Shape object should be filled with when the user clicks on the shape during playback.

Use

You can either click on the colored square to the left of the property field (which shows the current color) and select or specify the required color in the Color Chooser dialog box, or you can enter the RGB hexadecimal color code directly into the property field. Alternatively, you can click on the checkered square on the left of the property field to set the background color to transparent.
