Where to find it

Example of the Edit Assigned Content dialog box, used for creating or editing assignments of learning object Groups to Learners (or Roles or OUs).

• Manager > Assignment > New button or Edit link > Edit Assigned Content dialog box > Active

Purpose

If this checkbox is selected, the assigned course will be listed in the assignee's Learner View, and will be searchable (but see Allow Search). If this checkbox is not selected, the assignment will not be available to Learners.
