Font Color (Design Roll-Over)

Scope

• Book Page content object > Shape object > Effect > (Design Roll-Over) Font Color property
• Simulation content object > Shape object > Effect > (Design Roll-Over) Font Color property

(This is the first Font Color property in the Effect category, and follows the Design Roll-Over checkbox.)

Purpose

If the Design Roll-Over property is selected for a shape, then the Font Color (Design Roll-Over) property specifies the color in which any text in the parent Shape object should be displayed when the user moves the cursor over the shape during playback. The text color reverts to the original Font Color when the user moves the cursor off the shape.

Use

You can either click on the colored square to the left of the property field (which shows the current color) and select or specify the required color in the Color Chooser dialog box, or you can enter the RGB hexadecimal color code directly into the property field. Alternatively, you can click on the checkered square on the left of the property field to set the background color to transparent.
