I don’t want others to edit some objects. Can I click “Not Now” option before closing producer so that object is locked only to me? I can also disable other master author’s “Cancel Editing” permission.
You would be better using the “Keep checked out” option (I forget the exact name) which puts a thumbtack symbol on it. And yes, you can remove the Cancel Editing option from the Standard Author role (and/or others).

When I use White Island bubble, it is always having gaps below the header area. So, it looks elongated in simulations. And I find no option to remove this space. When I duplicate this bubble, the gap is also getting inherited. Is it designed by default?

You are seeing the space left for a Bubble Title – which you can specify on Book Pages but not in Simulations. The Bubble Style does include an Add Header option which shoulds like it should control this, but even with this deselected it still adds space. There is not a lot you can do about it, other than define your own bubble that LOOKS LIKE White Island but is actually based on a other Bubble Template. HTH, Dirk

I want to share one more thought with you.
Have your ever observed documents generated from Whatfix ? The screenshots are covering the entire documents unlike SEN. I can maximize the size of screenshots in documents using Scaling option to an extent from producer. But it wasn’t enough to display it larger. Some of our customers are telling that the screenshots are smaller in SEN documents.
I’ve not used Whatfix myself, so can’t comment on that. Judicious use of cropping/scaling and customizing the Word template will get you a decent-sized image (depending on document type, obviously). However, in my experience, the screenshot images ALWAYS seem to be scaled to 85% in the Word document – so I can never quite get it to be full page width (even in the BPM / Standard / Training documents). I’ve raised tickets / opened CIRS, but SAP have not addressed this.
Where is the Anonymous account used in SEN? I can see it in the Administration -> Users list. When I accessed Producer onboarding guide in “senhelp.enable-now.cloud.sap”, I am logged in as anonymous account. Can I achieve this anonymous setup for few of my users?
It’s not really ‘available’ to customers. I believe it needs some additional settings by SAP on the back-end to enable it – because it basically bypasses licensing requirements. You also won’t get any form of usage tracking. Certainly you can’t just set it up for a specific group of users. The external consumption uses a variation on this, but again requires settings on the back-end.

It depends on whether you want to also see/use the standard SAP content. If yes, use EXT; if no, use SEN.
Is it OK to keep SAP Companion objects under Unsorted? I can see all the Companion contents are stored in Unsorted automatically. Will it make sense if I store Companion objects in a specific group?
It’s usually easier to just leave them under Unsorted (assuming this Workarea is used only for SAP Companion content). You could move them, but there’s no real advantage to doing so (and it will be a never-ending activity…). The only time you would need them in their own Group is if you have content for multiple products (target applications) / product versions, as during product upgrades you need to update the product version, typically by selecting a Group and updating everything in it – if you don’t want to update all objects to the same product/version, you’ll need to have them in separate Groups. Otherwise just leave them all in Unsorted.

You mean the Tiles in the Carousel, or the Bubbles themselves? For the Tiles, you can control the overall width of the Carousel, and/or whether the tile description is shown (and hyphenated). For the Bubbles you can control the width via the Size settings in the Bubble Editor. The height will always be set automatically, to accommodate the full text.
